You can bake bread in this pan (see picture attached). Dough that rises overnight, gently rolled out of its bowl, so as not to knock it back, straight into the Stryde pan and into a pre heated 180 degree c oven for 25 mins.
We have a glass door on the oven so can judge when it’s just browned off right.

Thanks for being really flexible with the delivery and thanks for the personalised note, very much appreciated!
I seasoned the pans as instructed, really simple and easy, the first use was for 2 fried eggs with hardly any oil, no sticking whatsoever! Secondly, fried onions again superb next the pancakes and steaks all with a super non stick, even though I tested the searing capability of the pan, the results have been perfect!
With the simple clean up the pans have already been worth every penny!

I've really enjoyed using the pan. It's crazy that it's nonstick and you can use metal on it. I've been using a stainless steel spatula and scraping the bottom of it, and it doesn't look like it's had any damage. All my roommates have been using it. We've got six people in the house I live in and all of us have been using it, and it looks like as fresh as it did when I first got it.

WOW just used it for the first time ok only thin ribeye and sirloin steaks from M&S but ive cooked them a lot in the past in my normal pans but spot on literally a couple of minutes a side for my wife a little less for me fantastic.

I used my pan for the first time tonight. I seasoned it as per instructions and cooked steaks in it.
The steaks were a cheaper cut but after tenderising I cooked them.
The sear was excellent and so were the steaks. I didn’t expect it to improve the flavour but it did.
The pan worked very well, and was non stick. It was easy to wash up and overall I am delighted with it. I couldn’t be more pleased. In comparison to my current pan it is streets ahead of it and any that I’ve tried before (and I have tried very many different types).

How long does it last?

How to prepare for use?

For best results, follow these simple steps before first use:
Step 1: Give the pan a quick wash with warm water and soap, then dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Add a small amount of oil (we recommend avocado or coconut oil) and use a paper towel to spread it evenly across the entire cooking surface.
Step 3: Place the oiled pan on medium heat for 2-5 minutes. You'll notice the oil start to shimmer slightly.
Step 4: Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Once cooled, repeat 2-3 times. Then wipe away any excess oil and you're ready to start cooking.
